Sunday morning we awoke and got ready for church, then headed down the road to Lahaina (~5 minutes away) for church at the Lahaina 1st Ward. They were holding ward conference that day. The ward choir sang one of my favorite songs, Come Thou Fount. Admittedly, not my very favorite rendition ever (that honor would go to Jessie Clark Funk and her husband for their beautiful duet), but I loved hearing it, nonetheless. Then they had talks by the bishop and stake president, both of which I enjoyed very much.
After church, we had lunch and enjoyed a little pool time.

We decided to go to Front Street for the evening. We saw the Banyon Tree, which is an enormous tree that encompasses an entire block. It has many, many trunks, and they are all connected.

Isaiah and Andrew had lots of fun playing together!

After that, we wandered along the harbor and down to the little strip of beach next to Cheeseburger In Paradise.

Jeremiah was able to help Carolyn catch a sand crab, which was very exciting for her!
